No, but FF and Chrome which are the main browsers currently supporting HTTP/2 also support SPDY/3.1.

I don’t know where you saw that about nginx commercial, but their announcement stated that both open and commercial versions would be getting HTTP/2 support by end of year.[1] HTTP/2 is not listed in the nginx comparison page.[2]
